How To Cancellation servers
- Click "Open Ticket" then choose "Billing - General"
2. Please choose the service you want to cancel.
3. Fill in "Subject"
4. Fill in "Message"
5. Enter the characters in the image into the text box
6. Click "Submit"
7. The ticket submitted to the Billing-Cancellations department and click "Continue" to review your ticket.
8. You can check the status of all tickets in the ticket list. If our staff has responded to your ticket, the status will be displayed as "Answered.
9. If you would like to reply in that ticket, please click the ticket number
10. Click "Reply"
